Please read this Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before creating an account on www.thesocialfans.com (the “Website”). By registering, accessing, or using your account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Parties
Seller / Website Operator: FIRAT ÖZDEMİR MEDYA VE REKLAMCILIK LTD. ŞTİ. (“The Social Fans”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
Member: The individual who creates an account and/or uses the Website (“you”, “Member”).
2. Subject
This Agreement sets out the rules for creating and using a Member account and accessing Website features, including purchasing digital services.
3. Account Registration and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information during registration and when placing orders. You are responsible for updating your information when necessary. If you provide false, misleading, or unlawful information, you may be responsible for any resulting damages or disputes.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities performed through your account. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website in a manner that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any third-party rights
- Contains harassment, hate, or unlawful content

The Website offers digital services related to social media platforms (e.g., followers, likes, views and similar). No physical products are shipped. The Social Fans is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform.
Social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, and visibility rules. Such changes may affect delivery speed or outcomes and may be outside our control.
7. Orders, Cancellations and Refunds
When you place an order, you agree to the terms displayed at checkout and confirm that you have reviewed our policy pages: Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy (Digital Fulfillment) and Digital Service Guarantee Policy. Since services may begin immediately after payment, cancellation may not be possible once processing starts.
8. User Content and Communications
Any feedback, reviews, or messages you submit reflect your own views. You are responsible for ensuring your communications are lawful and do not violate third-party rights. We may remove content that violates our rules or applicable law where necessary.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect technical logs (e.g., IP address, access times, pages visited) to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the Website.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services, including platform-related changes outside our control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates become effective once published on the Website. Your continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Agreement.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this Agreement.
