Return & Refund Policy (Digital Services)
The Social Fans provides digital services (e.g., followers, likes, views and similar). No physical products are shipped. Due to the nature of digital services that may start immediately after payment, refund eligibility is limited and assessed under this policy.
1. Refund Eligibility (Accepted Reasons)
Refund requests are considered only in the following cases:
- Order not started within 72 hours (excluding force majeure and platform-wide disruptions)
- Incomplete delivery (service delivered below the purchased quantity)
- Incorrect delivery (service delivered to a wrong target due to our error)
2. Resolution Method: Re-Delivery First, Refund If Not Possible
For the cases listed above, our primary remedy is re-delivery / re-processing to complete or correct the service. If re-delivery is not possible after review, we may provide a partial or full refund in line with the undelivered portion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- User-provided information is incorrect or incomplete (wrong username/link, wrong content link, etc.)
- The target account/content is private, restricted, removed, or changed during processing
- Delivery is affected by platform limitations, security checks, rate limits, or policy changes beyond our control
- The order has already been fully completed as purchased
- Requests based on change of mind after the service has started/been delivered
4. Platform Updates and Service Interruptions
Social media platforms may perform updates, audits, algorithm changes, or policy enforcement that can affect delivery speed or retention. The Social Fans is not responsible for platform-wide delays or interruptions. In such cases, we may pause (hold) and/or reschedule the order.
5. Public / Accessible Accounts
For many services, the target account/content must be publicly accessible during delivery. If the target is private/restricted and delivery cannot be performed, the case may be considered non-refundable under Section 3.
6. Fraud, Unauthorized Payments, and Chargebacks
Orders must be placed using legal and authorized payment methods. If we detect fraud, unauthorized payments, or chargeback risk, we may suspend or cancel the order and take necessary legal steps where applicable. Refund decisions in such cases are subject to investigation and payment provider rules.
7. How to Request a Review
To request a delivery/refund review, please contact support and include your order number and the target username/link. We may request additional details to verify the issue.
8. Policy Updates
The Social Fans may update this policy at any time. Updates become effective once published on the Website. By placing an order, users are deemed to have accepted the current version of this policy.
