Confirm Agreements
By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and accepted the agreements below. You acknowledge that purchased items are digital services delivered electronically (no physical shipment), and that service processing may begin immediately after payment.
This agreement applies to purchases made on www.thesocialfans.com (“Website”) operated by FIRAT ÖZDEMİR MEDYA VE REKLAMCILIK LTD. ŞTİ. (“Seller”). The Buyer is the person placing the order.
The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of digital services (e.g., followers, likes, views and similar). No physical product shipping is provided. Service details, pricing, and estimated delivery times are shown before the order is confirmed.
The Buyer acknowledges that the service may start immediately after payment. Cancellation/refund rules are governed by the policies listed below. Disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
All services are delivered digitally by applying the purchased service to the username/link/content provided at checkout. No courier/cargo shipment is used.
Orders are queued after payment confirmation and start within the estimated timeframe shown on the service page, depending on workload and platform conditions. You are responsible for providing accurate target information (username/link/content URL). Incorrect or incomplete information may prevent delivery.
If a service cannot be started or completed due to a technical issue on our side, we review the order and apply an appropriate remedy: re-delivery/re-processing first, and if not possible, partial or full refund in line with the undelivered portion.
Drops or decreases may occur due to social media platform audits, policy changes, spam checks, or algorithm updates and may be outside our control. If a refill period is offered for a service, it will be stated on the service page.
Return & Refund Policy (Digital Services)
Refund requests are considered only in the following cases (subject to review):
1) Order not started within 72 hours (excluding force majeure/platform-wide disruptions)
2) Incomplete delivery (below purchased quantity)
3) Incorrect delivery due to our error
Our primary remedy is re-delivery to complete/correct the service. If re-delivery is not possible after review, we may issue a partial or full refund for the undelivered portion.
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests after service processing begins, or where delivery fails due to user-provided incorrect data, private/restricted targets, removed content, or platform restrictions beyond our control.
Digital services may begin processing immediately after payment. Therefore, once processing starts, cancellation is generally not possible. If the order has not started yet, please contact support immediately—changes may be possible where technically feasible.
Cancellation may be considered only in limited cases (subject to review), such as non-start within 72 hours (excluding force majeure), or delivery issues that cannot be corrected through re-delivery.
