Digital Service Guarantee Policy

This Digital Service Guarantee Policy applies to all digital services purchased through www.thesocialfans.com (the “Website”). The Social Fans provides digital social media services (e.g., followers, likes, views and similar). No physical products are shipped.

1. Service Start and Completion

After successful payment, your order is queued for processing and will be started within the estimated timeframe displayed on the relevant service page. Actual completion time may vary depending on order volume and platform conditions.

2. Delivery / Completion Guarantee

If an order cannot be started or completed due to a technical issue on our side, we will review the order and provide one of the following remedies:

  • Re-delivery / Re-processing: We may restart the delivery to complete the service.
  • Partial Refund: If only part of the service was delivered, we may refund the undelivered portion.
  • Full Refund: If delivery is not possible, we may refund the order in accordance with our Return Policy.

3. Under-Delivery (Incomplete Quantity)

If your order is completed below the purchased quantity, you may contact support with your order number. After verification, we will either deliver the missing quantity or refund the value of the missing portion, subject to our Return Policy.

4. Drops / Decreases (Platform-Related Changes)

Social media platforms may remove accounts, interactions, or content due to their own policies, spam checks, audits, or algorithmic changes. Such decreases (“drops”) may occur after delivery and may be outside of our control.

If a specific service includes a stated refill/replacement period, it will be clearly mentioned on that service page and applied only within that period. If no refill period is stated, drops may be considered platform-related and may not be covered by this guarantee.

5. User Responsibilities (Correct Information)

You are responsible for providing accurate order information (username, profile link, content link, and any required details). Orders may fail or be delayed if:

  • Incorrect username or link is provided
  • The target account is private / restricted
  • The username is changed during processing
  • The content/link is deleted or modified
  • The platform applies restrictions, blocks, or limitations to the account/content

6. No Affiliation With Social Media Platforms

The Social Fans is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform. Platform rule changes may affect service behavior, visibility, or retention.

7. Support and Review Process

To request a guarantee review, contact support and provide your order number and relevant details. We may request additional information to verify the issue. After review, the appropriate remedy will be applied.

8. Related Policies

This policy should be read together with our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict, the Return/Cancellation policies will prevail for refund and cancellation matters.
